Admissions

We currently have a wait list for 2011-2012 school year. We are enrolling children in Kindergarten through Eighth Grade as spaces become available.

We will begin accepting applications for the 2012-2013 school year, grades K-8, in October 2011. These applications will all be entered into a Lottery, which will be drawn in February 2012.

We strongly urge you to tour the school during school hours before you officially enrollyour child at SBCS. You are welcome to visit the school any time of year, and to visit often!

STEP ONE
Send in a Pre-enrollment Form. If space is available, we will notify you that your child has a spot. If we do not have space available, we will notify you that your child will be put on a wait list.

THE LOTTERY IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2011-12 SCHOOL YEAR, BUT YOU CAN ADD YOURSELF TO THE 2011/12 WAITLIST.

The SBCS admissions lottery for the upcoming 2012/2013 school year will take place on February 25, 2012. Pre-enrollment applications for the admissions lottery are being accepted from December 1, 2011 - February 24, 2012. Please complete a separate application for EACH child applying to the school. Pre-enrollment applications are accepted on a first come/first served basis and MUST be received no later than February 25, 2012 by 4 p.m. to be entered in our 2011/2012 admissions lottery, no exceptions. Pre-enrollment applications not received by 4 p.m. on February 24, 2012 will be placed on our wait list and considered only if space is still available. All applicants will be notified by mail of the admissions lottery results by March 5, 2012.
STEP TWO
Send back the Letter of Intent Form. Once your child has a spot, we will send you a Letter of Intent Form, asking you to verify that you still want the spot.
STEP THREE
Send in the Registration Forms. Once you have returned the Letter of Intent Form, we will send you the Registration Forms. We must receive these by June 15, 2012 in order to hold your child's spot.
