DonorsChoose.org: Target your giving to SBCS by making a gift through DonorsChoose.org, a non-profit organization that connects public school teachers to people who want to support specific classroom projects. Click to learn more about the projects posted by SBCS teachers.
Volunteer: In the fall and spring, we sponsor weekend gatherings when community members, corporate groups, students, and families can join us in and around our building. Weekend opportunities range from planting and greening projects to painting and clean-up in and around our building, Skilled volunteers are also needed for after-school language and math tutoring, technology installation and training, and student mentoring. Please call the development office at 443-984-3385 x231 to learn more about becoming an SBCS volunteer.
SBCS Parent/Teacher Organization: If your child attends SBCS, please join our PTO. Meetings occur at school on the first Wednesday of each month. Starting time is 6:00 p.m. and child care is available. Visit the PTO section to learn more.

Send your check made payable to Southwest Baltimore Charter School (1300 Herkimer Street, Baltimore, MD 21223). Please write "Annual Fund" in the subject line on your check.
Online
Make a secure, online gift to SBCS through the Network for Good. All gifts made to SBCS through Network for Good go directly to our Annual Fund.
Attend an Event
SBCS participates in fundraising activities throughout the year, including the Baltimore Next Generation Investing Event. Contributors receive information about our fundraisers by mail, on our website and through email blasts.
