6th grade girls studied the health of the Chesapeake Bay while on their weeklong trip to NorthBay Adventure.
The 7th grade took an overnight camping trip to Thorpewood in Thurmont MD.
Mr. Geoff Godfrey took first place among runners in his age group and first among SBCS staff members!
On September 20th students went on a B.I.C.O. trip to Washington, D.C.
On September 17th SBCS students went on a B.I.C.O. trip to Calvert Cliffs State Park.

During this period of time, students are asked to collect and submit Box Tops for Education to help raise money for the school. The classroom that collects the most will have a party. Start saving those Box Tops!
A new school year is on the horizon which means the need for SBCS school supplies.
In an expedition spearheaded by K Wonders teacher Ms. Linn, students at SBCS worked to create a kid friendly map of places to go via the free Charm City Circulator.
On June 18th, SBCS held it's annual End of Year Picnic
