6th and 7th grade spent 5 days at North Bay. They spent much of their time exploring the Cheasapeake Bay. They also partook in a variety of Adventure Activities, working together and learning about one another.

Four and fifth graders navigated the streets of Baltimore learning about the Revolutionary War's influences on Balitmore. Did you know Eutaw Street is named after a famous revolutionary battle in Eutaw Springs, SC?
8th grade Crews travel to Michaux State Forest just North of Gettsburg, PA for a 4 day hike on the Appalachian trail.
Our 8th graders braved the cold and tackled a 4 day hike on the Appalachian trail.
Our class participates in Special Olympics. In Novevember and December we traveled to Dundalk Bowling Lanes for duckpin bowling.
During our renovation/move in throughout the summer, we had a volunteer day where employees of AOL, parents, and staff came to school to help out. We painted the fencing outside, removed grates from doors, and even put together shelving for classrooms.
After learning in depth about crustacean life in the Chesapeake Bay, kindergarten decided to sell their artwork as post cards to donate money for Bay Restoration. We sold packs of 4 postcards with our scientific drawings on the front and information about the Maryland Blue Crab on the back for $2.00. We ended up raising $218.00!!!
