Elementary Teachers took part in a professional development session about Activity Breaks. This can be challenging in a classroom full of chairs, desks, and book shelves.
Upon returning from Winter Break 4th Grade spent their first Fitness & Adventure class reconnecting with their crew mates in the game Cross the River. Students have to work together to safely get everyone from one end to the other without touching the floor. It was a super fun as everyone wanted "just a little more time" and helped students dust-off their collaboration skills.
Twin Day was on December 18th. Check out our multiples!
Staff and students got into the spirit on the first day of Spirit Week and dressed up as their favorite literary characters.
The Learning in Depth students traveled to the Smithsonian Museums in Washington, DC to do research on their individual research projects.
